To switch between Speaker and Gallery view: Use the button in the top right-hand corner of screen (if you can’t see it move your mouse over the screen or click in the screen).

Tap on your screen to bring up the controls … and then use buttons on far left …

I can’t see everyone

First, make sure you are in Gallery view.

On an iPad you can see a maximum of 9 people on any one screen.

To see more people/screens swipe from right to left.

This is SPEAKER view

Whoever is speaking is in a large box

The screen is split into equal boxes.
Whoever is speaking is outlined in yellow.

 

To switch between Speaker and Gallery view: Tap

on your screen to bring up the controls … and then use buttons on far left …

I can’t see everyone

First, make sure you are in Gallery view.

On an iPhone, you can see a maximum of 4 or 9 people on any one screen.

To see more people/screens swipe from right to left.

Tablet or Smart Phone

Below are examples of Speaker view and Gallery view – with the phone held upright and on its side.

If you’re using a Tablet it will look pretty much the same, but with different proportions of course.

This is SPEAKER view

This is GALLERY view

The screen is split into (up to) 4 equal boxes. Whoever is speaking is outlined in yellow.

On a tablet or smart phone you can see a maximum of 4 people on any one screen.

To see more people/screens swipe from right to left.

Zoom swipe to see others

ALL the screens you can swipe between

In the following example there are 9 people on the call.

  • The first screen is Safe Driving Mode
  • The second is SPEAKER view
  • The rest are GALLERY views – and show everyone on the call (with a maximum of 4 on any screen)

You will always start at Speaker view

You can simply swipe (from left to right or vice versa) to move between them and to see more people …
