What does careLINK do?

Keep track of all your clients and volunteers / record the support provided to each client / monitor clients’ progress and highlight any delays / record detailed personal and medical information.

Detailed reporting: to manage your services and provide reports and stats for funders and annual reports.

Plus: mail merge and send email campaigns / GDPR monitoring & functionality / manage volunteer availability and holidays.

Meal Deliveries and/or Eat-ins

Automates regular meal orders for clients as well as one-off requests / repeat orders / changeable menus / dietary meal make-ups & client requirements / easy delivery driver assignments and route order / kitchen order reports / detailed delivery driver reports.

Payments and Invoicing

For meals/deliveries and/or services provided (e.g. shopping, dog walking).

Full price list / default meal/service costs / automatic recording of costs (with manual override) / list all clients due to pay or overdue / clients can pay in arrears, advance or on delivery / invoices automatically generated and can be delivered to client and/or automatically emailed as a PDF to a designated address.
