Various things you can do to brand your Zoom events
- You can brand the Waiting Room – so when people arrive early they will see, not only the name of the event, but your logo and even (for any participants who have updated Zoom since) a video (with sound but starts muted)
- You can brand all your staff and tech team, and even the speakers, chairs etc with
- a background image
- a banner overlay
- And, if you have a Professional version of Zoom (expensive and for large organisations – min 10 paid copies of Zoom) there’s lots more you can do – click here

Be aware that when people see your video as a thumbnail (amongst everyone else’s videos), the bottom left area will be partially covered by your Zoom name. So you should test this out.
Unlike backgrounds, you need to load your video filters before a meeting, via your zoom account via a browser on zoom.us. They will then be available to you on any meeting and you can switch between them (or none) live …
