You can then set up auto-forwarding from this email to the tech team, with the option of adding and removing people as necessary over longer events.

Having a phone number for problems usually doesn’t work well. It can create complications including bottle necks, having to listen to answer machine messages etc.  and is then not easy to share messages/the load with the team.

 

Communication amongst the team

Use one or more WhatsApp groups or Google Chat for fast communication in the team

Have WhatsApp open on your phone – leaving screen space free for Zoom and screensharing and other apps
