We try to keep our prices as low as possible. This means that any extra work we need to do because of particular issues, we have to charge for. Short timescales/deadlines: for example, you need the database in a short time scale or have a major mailing or event running soon after installation. Unusual data structure or use of contactLINK: for example, you might be dealing with families rather than organisations and individuals. Complex data or multiple data sources: for example, your data is in a complicated database or is coming from five different spreadsheets. |

Definitions
Number of concurrent users: The maximum number of people using the system at any one time, NOT the number of PCs the system is loaded on or available from. Although, for most organisations, this will be the same.
One-off Purchase Cost: This is a one-off payment and buys you a copy of contactLINK, plus:
- Documentation
- Access to all contactLINK support areas on the web site
- Installation of up to 5 copies of contactLINK
Yearly Support Cost: A yearly payment and provides support for contactLINK. Compulsory for the first year, then you choose whether to extend your cover.

- Free advice on how to use contactLINK most effectively in your organisation ***
