Tailor-made reports	if a report you require is not available we will design it for you. Once a report has been produced, it will then be available to all other users free of charge.	£65 /hour
Other support	This includes problems related to the hardware (equipment) or MS Windows or MS Office or MS Access or if your system does not match the required specifications or if the system fails after upgrading your copy of Access without prior agreement with us.	£65 /hour
