You can sort the list of the ‘last few contacts found’ in the Find feature (binoculars) by order last found or in alphabetical order.
When you send an email to a contact, the 'action' created now knows which worker you chose (rather than you having to choose them again for the action).
The worker 'magnifying glass' displays that worker’s contact details. We have added a button to display the organisation’s general contact details (i.e. unrelated to any worker). This is particularly useful if you're looking up a phone number for a worker and they don't have a direct line - you can now display the organisation's main line quickly.
New features ...
Previously you could either:
select a set of organisations (as well as individuals) using the Select feature,
and then mail to the main worker of each organisation or to all workers of
each organisation;
Or mail to a set of workers explicitly linked to a category (called a category
specific mailing).
Now, you can do complicated selections of workers via the Select feature and mail to them (so for example, workers linked to two or more categories, workers linked to at least one of a set of categories, all workers that attended an event, etc).
Linked to this, you can now also assign a set of ‘selected’ workers to an event.
