Publicise selected information from contactLINK to your web site.
A plug-in module for your web site that allows members of the public to search for organisations and/or individuals.
You will be able to export selected contacts, along with selected categories, from contactLINK.
The public will be able to select criteria (based on the categories from contactLINK) to search for organisations and/or individuals.
Sage is good at accounts. Not so good at marketing, mailings etc.
So if you use Sage, you can now regularly import any new contacts from Sage. And if you use sage to manage sales of products (such as publications) you can also import this data.
Makes handling duplicates easy.
Search for all possible duplicates based on name, postcode, address, email etc. Tick the ones which are duplicates. Then merge all in one go.
Data check form: a way of keeping your data up-to-date. Its a form or report that contains all the information you hold on each contact. You send a copy to each contact, they update it if necessary and return it to you.
We're looking at being able to email the data check form to contacts as a form they can fill in and email back. You would still need to manually enter any changes.
We're also looking at using Microsoft's InfoPath package which may allow any updates to automatically be transferred to contactLINK.
This module links into contactLINK and allows you to enter course evaluation information.
This module is usually designed on a per-client basis.
Access contactLINK from out of the office
You can set up your office server to allow at least one person at any one time to access contactLINK as if they were in the office.
