This is a one-off payment and buys you a copy of contactLINK, plus:
A yearly payment and provides support for contactLINK
Compulsory for the first year, then you choose whether to extend your cover
* This does not include problems caused by the hardware (equipment) or MS Windows or MS Office or MS Access or if your system does not match the required specifications or if the system fails after upgrading your copy of Access without prior agreement with us.
** When requested for a tailor-made report we will charge for the work to be done - see below. However, once a report has been produced it will then be available to all other users free of charge

currently do and then point you in the direction of which contactLINK features
would
best serve you and, if contactLINK needs
to be customised, tips on how to do this.
This is not training. Training is step by step instructions on how to use
contactLINK features (for training see Extra services below).
This is the maximum number of people using the system at any one time, NOT the number of PCs the system is loaded on or available from.
However, for most organisations, this will be the same.
